Games are very important in the life of the young. They help a great deal in the proper growth of human personality. They provide it with great fun and entertainment. Outdoor games are a good physical exercise. Indoor games teach us concentration. Thus both indoor and outdoor games help us.
                                     Besides they teach us human value. Discipline is very important part of every game. We learn the value of co-opration team-sprit and following feeling from them. It increase our affection for out team-mates.
